Join for a guided Forest Bathing walk where you will experience nature through all of your senses in this beautiful forested area of Burlington. It's a winter wonderland now and it's going to be relatively warm this Saturday compared to the deep freeze we just went through so it's a perfect time to de-stress, slow down and enjoy the woods through the practice of Nature Mindfulness.
This mindfulness practice is based on Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) which is the scientifically backed Japanese tradition of nature immersion used to benefit one’s physical and mental health. The gentle and slow meander will be less than a mile and completed with a special foraged hot tea in the forest.
