Plainfield Hazard Mitigation will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday evening, January 18th, in the rear public meeting room behind Plainfield's Municipal Offices on Main Street.
Agenda for this meeting:
1. Approval or amendment of December Minutes.
2. Discussion of Hazard Committee budget request response.
3. Evaluation of the 2014 Dam Safety Inspection Report by engineer Jeffrey Tucker of Dubois & KIng, to determine how we will plan a public response to shortcomings in the Marshfield #6 dam's safety (as professionally evaluated).
4. Preparation steps to update Plainfield's 2018 Hazard Mitigation Plan.
