The ultimate depth of silence has the affect of awakening one's own space of inner sacredness where self-respect, integrity of purpose, the wish to be of service, healing connection with nature, simplicity, joy and happiness are renewed or reset. Health returns inside a pristine space of silence where the body's cells have no reason to argue with one another. The supreme simplicity of this silence touches the core essence of being human. In a time/space body, we are subject to continual programming from the outside. This occurs from the time we take our first breath. More and more media and artificial stimuli form the way our children spend their childhood. Forty years ago, a friend's mother sent him out to play. She said, follow an ant. See what it does, where it goes. So the child did this for hours. He observed with intense focus one chosen ant. Braco comes to the people with one focused objective.
