New Class! Breast Care During the Birthing Year: Feb. 18

On February 18th, 10am to 12 pm, we will be offering Breast Care During The Birthing Year: Lymph Drainage, Breath and Movement. This class is suitable for everyone who is experiencing the different stages of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, whether breast feeding or bottle feeding. This is an education class setting where participants will learn simple self-care techniques along with some basic anatomy of the breast and breathing process. This class is co-facilitated by Hannah Rohloff of Tessera Therapeutic Massage and Amy LePage of Emerge. Upon registration, we will contact attendees with the class location - it will be in Montpelier, but location is dependent on the number of registrations. This class is offered on a $20-$35 sliding scale.
