Montpelier Alive is delighted to bring back Frostival in 2014 (formerly Montpolar Frostival). In its first year Frostival welcomed many local families to downtown Montpelier for three fantastic days of winter events promoting physical movement while shaking off cabin fever. We are ready to do it again this year! It’s all about healthy activities that the whole family can enjoy.
