The Greater Stowe Interfaith Coalition (GSIC), invites you to attend our Martin Luther King, Jr. Social Justice Film Series to honor his memory.
The first film: "13th" will be shown on Sunday, Jan. 14, at 4 p.m. at the Helen Day Art Center.
The highly regarded 2016 Netflix documentary focuses on the mass incarceration of black men and traces the history and early days of our country's posture to the present.
Christine Longmore and Katrina Battle, representing the Community Council of Accountability with Law Enforcement Officials will facilitate the Q & A discussion. Donations received will be presented to this worthy organization.
