Hi all!

Most people are aware that schools are closed on Monday for Martin Luther King Day. But did you know that there are other closings next week? IAA and SA are closed on Tuesday. And Champlain and Edmunds Elementary schools are closed on Wednesday. The ONE Arts Center is offering camps on all three days! These are days focused on fun, and the different ways artists can express themselves. Check out the themes below and click on the link below for more info and to sign up!

Taught by Mellisa and Becca
$60 until 3pm, $20 additional to extend until 5:15pm, siblings are half price.

15th, Monday: Day of Service - all schools closed
On Martin Luther King, Jr. day campers will learn a bit about MLK and other Social Justice Leaders and turn that knowledge into art in the form of a sculpture and collage. Additionally, as it is a day of service, campers will make friendship cards for the seniors from the Senior Center. Mellisa is a social justice teacher and trainer in addition to being an artist, so brings a wealth of knowledge to the day!

16th, Tuesday: Snow Day - just SA & IAA closed
Everyone loves a snow day! We'll go outside and build snowpeople, and even paint them! Inside, campers will make a blizzard in a jar, create unique snow flake art and custom shirts. Please send your child in with a blank t-shirt of any color.

17th, Wednesday: SpongeBob Square Pants Day - just Champ & EES closed
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? The ONE Art Center! Firstly, campers design their own Spongebob characters masks, then create their own ocean in a shoebox, Spongebob inspired slime and more!
