The annual Addison County January Maple Seminar will be held THIS Saturday at Middlebury Union High School. Trade show with 3 sessions of classes. Topics include beginning sugarmakers, setting up an advanced operation, climate change effects, how to create an appropriate label for retail sale, and identifying the grade of your syrup.
