Believe it or not your local South Royalton farm, Luna Bleu, will be harvesting spinach this week to sell at the Norwich Farmers' Market. Yes, even after all of those sub sub zero days and nights, the spinach survived and we hope it will warm up enough for us to go out (into the greenhouses) and harvest it for you! These greenhouses are unheated so we need a little warmth and sun and we will be all set. If you have never tasted winter spinach before it is quite a treat! the cold weather makes it sweet and tasty! SO, Saturday morning, put on your earmuffs and head over to Tracy Hall in Norwich and check out the winter farmers market!! 9am to 1pm. Hope to see you there!!
