In this two-hour workshop and yoga class, you will:
- Learn how to reframe a “resolution” into a positive intention (sankalpa)
- Identify the obstacles that get in the way of living a life aligned with your highest intentions—and the superpowers that will help you overcome them
- Plant the seeds of your intentions with a focused vinyasa class
- Learn yoga poses, meditation techniques, journaling practices and other ways to stay focused on your intention
An optional 1-hour check-in/sharing session for interested participants will be held on Wednesday, March 7 from 7:30 to 8:30pm.
Cost: $40 (includes workshop, follow-up session and journaling guides)
About the instructor: Yoga Roots’ teacher Nicci Micco has a master’s degree in nutrition, with a focus in behavior change, and works as a content director, designing programs that help people eat healthier, increase physical activity and live more mindfully.
