January's Ward 1, Ward 8 NPA Meeting kicks off @ 7.00 p.m. this Wednesday at UVM Medical Center, in the McClure Lobby Conference Room. Parking available in the McClure garage free of charge, courtesy of UVM MC.

Our agenda looks like this:

7.00 p.m.: Welcome and Introductions.
7.05: Ward 1 CDBG Advisory Committee nominations.
7.10: Speak Out
7.30: City Hall has been invited to speak to Town Meeting Day "ballot items", tho' discussion of the Regional Dispatch Model will be delayed until Feb 14th.
7.40: City Council update, Adam Roof, Sharon Bushor, Richard Deane
7.55: UVM Director, Capital Planning & Management Director, Bob Vaughan, will be introducing the UVM Athletics Multipurpose project intended to modernize and improve athletics facilities for athletes and general student population.
8.15: Burlington Schools District Superintendent, Yaw Obeng, will lead discussion of the 18/19 BSD Budget.
9.00: Close

All are enthusiastically invited.
Please note that "Speak Out" will be earlier this month in response to concerns about time normally available. But remember that major topics can become subjects for full agenda discussion in future months.
