New Year, New Beginnings Yoga Workshop

The new year inspires us. It invokes the sensation of a clean slate, a fresh start, a chance to hit the restart button. This is what motivates so many people to make new years resolutions, to quit bad habits, and pick up healthier routines. The new year gives us a chance to once again try to be the best versions of ourselves. However, sometimes it is unclear how to restart. Sometimes, especially with it being the holiday season just before the new year, wiping the slate clean can feel like a challenge. Yoga can provide one with the tools to help us understand our suffering, the roots of it, and how to release it in order to live an all around happier life. Join us for this workshop, when the year 2018 is fresh and new, and start of your new year with a better understanding of your true self. This workshop includes Asana (physical yoga practice), Yoga Nidra (Deep Healing Relaxation), and a discussion on the Kleshas (causes of suffering) and the tools and techniques that help us manage these better in order to create a happier new year, and to overall, live a healthier life.
