Hosted by the Vermont Center for Ecostudies and the Norwich Inn, Suds & Science is a chance to learn and meet other fans of science while sampling some local beer! This month's Suds & Science features Dr. Zaneta Thayer, a biological anthropologist & Assistant Professor in the Anthropology Department at Dartmouth College.
Dr. Thayer's research goals are "to contribute findings of interest to both evolutionary anthropologists and public health professionals" and to "increase public understanding of evolution, developmental plasticity, and how the social construction of race can shape patterns of biological difference."
Come early (6:30 pm) and mingle at the Jasper Murdock's Alehouse at the Norwich Inn. Besides any beer you may choose to purchase, the event is free and open to the public. Contact info@vtecostudies.org with any questions.
