Before the Flood is a 2016 film that follows Leonardo DiCaprio’s travels as a United Nations Messenger of Peace to document the devastating effects of climate change already occurring around the world, the efforts of many to meet the challenge, and the efforts of some to close our eyes to the problem. “This documentary shows how interconnected the fate of all humanity is – but also the power we all possess to build a better future for our planet.”
