Falls Prevention Talk at Morristown Centennial Library

Past event
Jan 9, 2018, 10:30 to 11:30 AM

Did you know that one in four older Americans falls every year? Falls are the leading cause of both fatal and nonfatal injuries for people aged 65+.

Please join Lamoille Home Health & Hospice for our ongoing series of FREE community health talks at Morristown Centennial Library. The 2018 series begins Tuesday, January 9th at 10:30 am with a talk about Falls Prevention. Joining the conversation will be LHH&H Physical Therapist, Mary Milsark.

If you have an aging parent, grandparent, or neighbor in your life, helping them reduce their risk of falling is a great way to help them stay healthy and independent as long as possible. The good news about falls is that most of them can be prevented.
