Hello neighbors,
Please join me for a performance of "The Western Star": an epic poem, with songs, celebrating the season of Epiphany and the return of the light. I first shared this original piece here in Middlebury last winter - I was humbled by the positive reception the poem received then, and I am delighted to offer three performances in Addison County this year. Here's the info:
"The Western Star" is a transportive storytelling event, inviting its audience into a world of blinding blizzards, mysterious magi and the healing glow of one bright star. Actor and singer Jack DesBois weaves original verse and song into a striking tapestry of the Biblical Three Kings story. Join the Kings on their journey through winter's darkness to the Savior’s side in Bethlehem, and share in their gentle message of hope.
