Just wanted to let you all know about an upcoming workshop the weekend of January 27th and 28th from 9am-12pm at Elements of Healing.

In this workshop Scott Moylan L.Ac will teach the Cloud Hands short set and Earth Meditation. These foundational practices from the Tao Ahn Pai system of internal Qi Gong help to improve health, increase vitality and set the foundation for further Qi Gong practice.
