Join me Thursdays at noon-12:45 during the month of January for free, guided, loving-kindness meditation sessions. Loving-kindness meditation is a powerful practice in connecting with our inherent compassion. It is effective for cultivating self-compassion and/or compassion for others we may be experiencing difficulties with. Meditation has been shown to be an effective tool in promoting stress reduction, improving mood, and reducing anxiety. A consistent practice also can improve concentration, sleep, and reduce blood pressure. No equipment or meditation experience necessary.
