Chef Dawn Phillips is doing a pop-up in Shelburne on Saturday, Dec. 30th from 11am to 2pm, at the Lake Champlain Waldorf High School, at the top of Bostwick Road. Kitchen-meet with Dawn and purchase your meat and vegetable savory hand pies; have an authentic Caribbean spinach soup--Callaloo--and enjoy some sweet bites-Raspberry Pots, currant berry roll and coconut drops! Who knows what a Pastelle is?
