Winter Solstice Forest Bathing

Past event
Dec 23, 2017, 3 to 5 PM

Come de-stress from the holiday shopping and join for a guided Winter Solstice Forest Bathing walk where you will experience the winter through all of your senses. The walk will occur before and after the sunset over the mountains to celebrate the changing of seasons. This mindfulness practice is based on Shinrin-Yoku which is the scientifically backed Japanese tradition of nature immersion used to benefit one’s physical and mental health. The gentle and slow meander will be less than a mile and completed with a special foraged hot tea in the forest.

*Bundle up! Wear warm cloths and outer gear. Bring extra layers and proper foot wear for the weather.

$20. Get your tickets to reserve your spot.
