Everybody Wins! Vermont is a reading mentorship program for elementary school students that read with volunteer mentors to an hour a week, increasing that individual student's chance of success in school and in life. This is my third year mentoring with the organization at Waitsfield Elementary School... it's such a nice break in the day, as I'm sure my reading buddy would agree!
