January's Cooking Class is scheduled at Fiddleheads Cuisine: Cozy Soups and Stews

Are you ready to warm and nourish your body with the comforting flavors of the winter months? This hands-on class will cover the technique to make homemade vegetable stock from weekly scraps, the creative use of winter storage crops, the power of whole grains and nuts as well as the nutrition behind our choices.
Expect to leave with several tasty recipes that can be recreated at home with confidence, as well as endless kitchen tips.
