Holiday Breads: Dec 14, TH 5-8 p.m. (3 hrs); $50
Fill your freezer with a variety of holiday breads. Participants will practice with both yeast and quick breads and will take home what they bake. This workshop is facilitated by certified Executive Chef Jerry Prevost, a 26 year veteran culinary instructor at St. Johnsbury Academy and the 2016 Chef Educator of the Year for the northeast region of the US.
