Marijuana X Film

Past event
Dec 12, 2017, 6:30 to 8:30 PM

The new documentary Marijuana X will be shown at the Burlington Fletcher Free Library, Fletcher room at 6:30pm on Tuesday 12/19. "This is a new historic documentary film which contains important information for any state considering legalization." It shows the "regulated" states have 7 times the child poisoning rates of other "unregulated" states, more marijuana related highway deaths than "unregulated" pre legalization, higher and more dangerous concentrations of THC marijuana than "unregulated " states, which still has been shown to contain mold, poisonous heavy metals and pesticide, more minority youth arrests since legalization than "unregulated " states, and a record high opiate overdose death rate in Colorado in 2016 since legalization and "regulation".

Colorado is looking at a 500 million dollar deficit forcing projected cuts to hospitals, services and roads.

A new poll in NY shows that when asked about decriminalization only 40% of the population wish to legalize marijuana. Vermont has already decriminalized marijuana.
