The Starksboro Selectboard will be holding an informational meeting Tuesday, December 12 at 6:30 pm in the Robinson Elementary School multipurpose room.

The purpose of this meeting is to inform town residents about the Green Lantern Solar project proposal. Sam Carlson from Green Lantern Solar will be present to explain the history of the project and the proposed plan. The Selectboard is considering whether to lease one acre of land at the capped landfill by the old town garage for a solar farm. The Selectboard will also provide information about the proposed land swap with the Robinson Elementary School Board for parcels near the school.
