The R.A.D. Systems of Self Defense offers programs for women. These offerings provide a truly holistic approach to self-defense education, supporting the necessity of continuous learning in order to provide realistic options for each population as they go through life. Each of these programs includes educational components comprised of lecture, discussion, physical resistive strategies. All of which are facilitated by certified R.A.D. Instructors supported by a network of dedicated professionals who honor one another’s student through our unique Lifetime Return and Practice Policy.

The Cornerstone of R.A.D. Systems, this course has its foundations in education and awareness. The course includes lecture, discussion and self-defense techniques suitable for women of all ages and abilities.

Classes:
Instructor: Samuel Lambert; Randolph Police Department
Location: Randolph Town Hall - Conference Room B
Dates: Monday - Wednesday (December 11, 12, & 13, 2017)
Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm (3 hours per class; total of 9 hours)
Ages: 16 - 18 must take class with parent / 18+
Fee: $10 (Includes Class materials / take home binder)

Why R.A.D.?
R.A.D. is the largest network of its kind with over 11,000 Instructors receiving training in our systems to date. These Instructors teach at various colleges, universities, and municipal law enforcement agencies as well as various other community organizations internationally. R.A.D. has trained more than 900,000 women since the program began in 1989.

R.A.D. is the only existing program with a free lifetime return and practice policy, honored worldwide.

R.A.D. has developed specialized simulation techniques and equipment for use by certified R.A.D. Instructors.

R.A.D. is the only self-defense program ever endorsed by the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), National Academy of Defense Education, the National Self- Defense Institute (NSDI) and Redman Training Gear.
