The Selectboard will be holding a public hearing on the Huntington Planning Commission’s (HPC) proposed changes to the Zoning, Subdivision, and Flood Hazard Regulations on Monday, December 18 starting at 6:30pm at the Community Church in Huntington Center.
After extensive review, a number of public comment and public hearing meetings, and subsequent revisions, the HPC has put forward a document that proposes changes to the regulations and combines them into one comprehensive Land Use Regulations document.
In accordance with VT Statutes, the Selectboard will hold their public hearing to receive public comment on the proposed new regulations on Monday, December 18, 6:30 pm, at the Community Church of Huntington. The document is available on the Town website (www.huntingtonvt.org) or in hard copy format at the Town Office.
