TOWN OF MORRISTOWN/VILLAGE OF MORRISVILLE, VT
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
WARNED HEARING - Thursday January 9, 2014
The zoning applications described below require a hearing before the Morristown/Morrisville Development Review Board for approval. The Board will hold a public hearing on the date of this notice to review the following applications:

1. Applicant Stowe Aviation LLC and landowner State of Vermont are seeking §500 Site Development Plan Approval to raze a 4,900sf hanger and the 1,400sf terminal building and replace them with a 22,400sf hanger and a 9,130sf terminal building (that includes an Accessory Retail & Food Use), in addition to reorienting the existing airport parking lot in the §270 Airport Business Zone, parcel 21-136, at 2305 LaPorte Road.

2. Continued hearing: Applicant and landowner RL Vallee is seeking §500 Site Development Plan Approval for an expansion of the existing Motor Vehicle Service Station use in the §210 Commercial Zone via the construction of a diesel pump and canopy with three adjacent truck parking spaces on parcel 20-029 at 33 VT Rte 15 W.
Said hearings will take place at 6:30 PM in the Tegu Building’s Community Meeting Room at 43 Portland Street in Morrisville.
