Come light up the night with Mountain Village School (MVS) in Stowe Village on Dec 22 at 5:45pm! The early education community's Fifth Annual Solstice Stroll is a fun and magical all-ages gathering on the eve of the holiday weekend.
Please make or bring a lantern and join us! The children at MVS are all working on lanterns in their classrooms over the next few weeks. We invite families to make some at home to bring along too! Here are a few links to different types of lanterns that you can make at home. Please let us know if you have any questions or want any help. This year we are using small waterproof LED lights (instead of the tea lights), which seem to be brighter and are available at many online retailers.

Schedule:
- 5:45pm: We will meet on the steps of Town Hall and sing "This Little Light of Mine"
- 6:00pm: We'll stroll around Main/Park/Pond Streets to observe the beautiful holiday lights and shine our own lantern light
- 6:20pm - 6:45pm: end at the Village Green for some hot beverages and warm cheer!
