This December 14th marks the fifth anniversary of the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Since that horrible day, an additional half a million Americans have been killed or injured by gun violence, including hundreds here in Vermont.
Let's transform empathy into meaningful action to reduce gun violence in our nation. Please gather with us on Dec 14 to remember ALL victims and survivors of gun violence, and to advocate for an end to these tragic incidents. Let’s shed a light on the true toll that this epidemic is exacting, each and every day.
The candlelight remembrance vigil and call to action will take place on Thursday, December 14 from 5:30-6:30 PM at the Mount Mansfield Unitarian Universalist Meeting House, 195 Route 15, Jericho.
