Gentle Chair Yoga

A perfect antidote for holiday seasonal stress is being offered at the Waterbury Library this Wednesday, December 6th from 11-noon. Gentle Chair Yoga has been shown to deepen flexibility and strengthen personal body awareness. It supports range of motion for the spine. Kate Greenleaf, massage therapist, yoga instructor and health coach will lead us through a variety of postures all done in a seated position. This 45 minute class will be followed by a guided meditation. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class can give you a much needed breather in a fast paced season.
