The Hinesburg Artist Series will be presenting its annual Christmas Concert at St Jude Church in Hinesburg on Sunday, December 10. Music Director Rufus Patrick will be leading the South County Chorus and the Hinesburg Artist Series Orchestra in a wide variety of seasonal music. Along with traditional carols and movements from Handel’s Messiah, there will also be a “spooky” medley of holiday songs.
Due to the growing audience there will be two performances, one at 2:00 p.m. and one at 4:30 p.m. The earlier one will be a shorter version but both will be popular with all ages.
The concert is FREE, with donations gratefully accepted. We are also collecting non-perishable food items for the Hinesburg Food Shelf. Canned fruit, vegetables and hearty soups are always appreciated.
