The Mountain Road Village will host a fun-filled two-part Holiday Stroll this coming Wednesday, December 6 and 13. The strolls will offer opportunities to shop, taste adult beverages and delicious foods all while supporting two Stowe organizations: the Stowe Education Fund and the Stowe Trails Partnership.
Night One will be held Wednesday, December 6 from 5 to 7PM. Bring a friend and visit the eight participating Mountain Road retailers while enjoying “Wine and Chocolate.” Shop for those on your list AND fill out a “Wish List" for yourself or others. Special events will be ongoing in each of the stores. Stowe Wine and Cheese will be hosting samplings of champagnes at 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30. Stowe Kitchen Bath and Linens will have a cookie decorating class. The Body Lounge will have a pop up of French table linens plus more events at other retailers. Stores are donating to The Stowe Education Fund from the evening’s sales.
The following Wednesday will see "Beer, Bacon and Bourbon." It's a chance to pick up the items on the wish lists from the week before and enjoy complimentary beer and items from the bacon food groups. More info to come or check out our Facebook page for more details.
