It's not just being polite, or a Hallmark Card invention -- a regular gratitude practice yields many scientifically proven mental, physical and spiritual benefits. Becoming a more grateful person leads to greater happiness, better physical health, and enhanced capacity to do good in the world. Learn more about both the research and fresh new ways you can start or deepen your own gratitude practice.
This two hour workshop is led by Ginny Sassaman, a co-founder and currently president of Gross National Happiness USA (GNHUSA) as well as creator of the Happiness Paradigm.
