Interfaith event co sponsored by Ohavi Zedek Synagogue and Vermont Interfaith Action

Join Mayor Miro Weinberger, Burlington Electric, and the local religious community to explore how we can support the effort of Vermont and like-minded states to meet the goals of the Paris Climate Accord. In June, President Trump announced his intention to withdraw the US from this global accord to reduce greenhouse gas emissions— an agreement which has been signed by 195 nations. The hope is that our collective spiritual wisdom will help make the Paris Climate Accord goals a reality. Light the candles for the first night of Chanukah, and light the way to a brighter future!
