Managing Stress: A Workshop for Family Caregivers in St Johnsbury December 5

The NEK Council on Aging is offering a ninety-minute workshop titled Managing Stress for Family Caregivers, facilitated by Nancy Oakes. In this interactive workshop, we will focus on tools that will help you to manage the daily stresses you face as a caregiver. We will also brainstorm ways to make the holidays simpler and more pleasurable for ourselves and those we care for. The class takes place on Tuesday, December 5th from 3-4:30 P.M. in Conference Room 126 at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital in St. Johnsbury.
