Please join us at for an evening of Yoga, Music and Art this Friday, January 3rd beginning at 5:30 with a Restorative Yoga class led by Heidi Bock with music by John Creech. Following the class at 6:45 until 8:00 there will be an Art Reception for my show, Emily Bissell Laird, PAINTINGS FROM THE BLUE HOUSE with more music from John as well as light food and drink. Paintings, cards and limited prints will be for sale. Sign up in advance for the Yoga class- limited class size, or just join us after 6:45 for the reception.
