Nov 30 6 pm at the Fire Station- 55 Welch Park
CPR class to Middlesex residents, and local employees at no cost.
Join your Middlesex neighbors for 2-3 hours to learn the basics of CPR
AHA's "Friends and Family CPR" is the basics of CPR, no testing or cards provided.
### Remember: CPR is a skill you should have, and not need; rather than need and not know! ###
OK to just show up, but if you can reply with who is coming is helpful!!
Bring kneeling cushions or knee pads if kneeling on concrete floors is problematic
