The Cornwall Conservation Commission will be sponsoring a slideshow/lecture by Sue Morse "Wild Cousins of Our Best Friends: Foxes, Coyotes and Wolves," on Thursday evening, December 7th at the Cornwall School. Sue is an expert in natural history and tracking and an award-winning photographer who uses her personal adventures with these animals to entertain and educate her audience.
The presentation will be an hour in length, followed by questions from the audience. A 15 minute break is scheduled between the show and the Q&A session during which people can look at the OCAS and VT Coverts displays as well as books and other materials Sue will bring with her. This break allows families with young children to leave, if they wish to do so.
Sue is the founder of Keeping Track, an organization devoted to training professional biologists and citizen scientists in wildlife monitoring skills. The presentation will be at Bingham Memorial School 112 School Road (Rte 30) in Cornwall, VT. For more information, contact Mary Dodge (462-2899) mdodge@middlebury.edu
