Discover how each breath can be Fuller, Freer and More at Ease.

Join Amy in this interactive, experiential workshop where anatomy meets breath exploration! You'll learn about the anatomy of breathing and practice a number of breath awareness exercises that help shed light on:

- Your unique breathing habits
- How your breath affects your body
- How your body affects your breath
- Allowing rather than forcing change
- Ways to cultivate breathing with a sense of softness and ease

Ski, Ride, Skate, Snow Shoe...with Efficiency and Ease

Not your typical yoga class!

We'll break down the body movements required for various snow sports. All exercises are geared to:

- Better functioning hips and shoulders

- Building core stability

- Cultivating ease rather than tension

- Avoiding injury so you can play all winter long!
