Are u ready to condition yourself for your winter sports activities?
In these 2 classes offered We sequence plyometric and isometric movements combinig Yoga, animal flow, MoVNat, and Functional Movement.
You can change the shape of your body through Moving in a primal way connecting back to your foundational Movement we did as children. Come And see how you can free up restricted joints and strengthen weak muscles. As we connect as a class regularly we can improve fluidity in our movements like a fusion of dance. You will be able to “rest” easily in a squat position , crawl , and hop w increased agility, and core strength.,
Its time to get more fit, flexible, and build stamina, balance.
