There is a great movement going on right now that I hope many of you who read the FPF will want to participate. And when I say participate, I only mean sign the petition. It is simple, fast and the results will provide a better sense of what we who live in Shelburne want. We will be able to approve our own Town Plan, not just the 5 members on the Select Board. Democracy at it’s finest. How can anyone object to the democratic process? If you are not sure what this all means, there will be an informational meeting next Monday, January 6th at 7pm at the Town Hall next to the library. If you want to help with getting a few more signatures besides your own, come and be a “clip board volunteer”.
