No, Elise Stefanik, our current Republican Representative in the House, has not yet agreed to appear here. But Russ Finley will be challenging her for the position in the Republican primary next year and he will appear at the Library on Saturday, December 2, from 2 to 4pm. Russ is a lifelong resident of our 21st District. He owns an 80-head beef farm in Lisbon, NY, and has also owned a real estate firm for over 20 years that sells farms, land, and recreation properties all over the North Country. And, if you're a bobsled fan, come and ask him about his 7 time membership on the U.S. Bobsled Team! Russ will be introducing himself and answering your questions about his vision for the 21st Congressional District.
