Reiki is an excellent tool for self- transformation and facilitating optimum health by enhancing the mind/body connection. Come learn the history, principles and precepts of Reiki; hand placements for self, others, and animals; ethical guidelines; basic understanding of the human energy system; receive three attunements, and practice giving and receiving Reiki. Reiki Share--This will be a special weekly evening for Reiki practitioners throughout December, entitled Honoring the Dark and the Light: to help alleviate the stress of this time of year, welcome the Solstice and build community. People with any level of Reiki training are welcome and encouraged to attend.
