Join Bennington County Forester, Kyle Mason, as we look at different forest types and management techniques to see how our actions effect timber production, wildlife habitat and human aesthetics in our forests. Explore common misconceptions, learn how to think in terms of “forest time”, and begin to hone your eye to see beyond the limitations of the average person. The event will be on Sunday, December 3rd from 4pm-5pm at the Manchester Community Library located at 138 Cemetery Ave, Manchester Center, VT.
This program is free and open to the public. This workshop is sponsored by the Vermont Woodlands Association and the Manchester Community Library.
