Benefit at Bristol Fitness for One World Library

Bristol Fitness is generously hosting an Open House Benefit Fundraiser for the One World Library Project this weekend. Both members and non-members of Bristol Fitness are welcome to try out fun classes and the facility. Healthy refreshments will be provided by OWLP.

Donations to support OWLP are encouraged at Bristol Fitness during the weekend of November 17-19 and anyone donating over $50 will receive 1 hour of personal training from Kim or Chris. Knitted items will also be for sale with the proceeds going to OWLP.

PLEASE NOTE ONE CLASS CHANGE: Yoga Pilates has moved from Friday to Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

SATURDAY:
8-9 am Spinning
8:25- Strength Training
9:30 am NIA – High energy, low impact, expressive dance
10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Yoga Pilates Fusion* with Kim Jacobs

SUNDAY::
8-8:30 am Body VIVE– aerobics, strength and core
8:45-9:45 Body Pump– barbell class strengthens entire body
9-10am Spinning* with Chris Nugent
10-11am Yoga* with Elissa Cobb
4-5 pm Yoga

Note: Classes may fill up - to make sure you have a spot, sign up ahead at the gym!

The One World Library Project is a community non-profit organization whose mission is to “Bring the World to our Community” through programs and events as well as through a collection of books and films about world cultures that can be found and checked out at the Lawrence Memorial Library in Bristol. One World Library's goal is to strengthen community and to celebrate the similarity and diversity of our shared human experience.
