Newly appointed Chittenden County State’s Attorney, Vermonter Sarah George will speak at the Shelburne Town Offices in Room 1 at 7:00 on Monday, November 27th. During her years as Deputy State’s Attorney, she was a leader in prosecuting domestic violence cases, combating the Opioid crisis, and supporting programs for Chittenden County youth. Sarah has met with local law enforcement communities since taking office in January and has focused on strengthening communication between educational, public service, and judicial systems.
Sarah’s topic on Monday will be the #MeToo movement, followed by a question and answer discussion on other topics. The talk is free and open to all. Sponsored by the Shelburne Democratic Committee.
