I'll be teaching a yoga class at the Yoga Place on Thanksgiving Day. The class will be from 10:00am until 11:15am and it will be suitable for all levels of experience. Come to class and bring your Thanksgiving guests, friends and family. It will be a great way to thank our bodies for all that they do for us.
