Soup's on at Friday Food Affair

Past event
Nov 17, 2017, 5 to 7 PM

Dinner this week is being cooked by a new group of parents and children, who go by the name “Soup’s On!. It should be no surprise that their specialty is homemade soup. Given the colder weather we are having, that should make for a perfect meal. Please come join us and support this group in cooking for us.

Here is the menu:

- Moroccan lentil soup
- Lemon chicken and orzo soup
- Green salad
- Bread from August First bakery
- Apple crisp for dessert.

Dinner starts at 5 PM. Bring family and friends, the more, the better! Downtown Richmond at the Congregational Church. Come in anytime during this 2-hour affair from 5-7 PM tomorrow.

People ask us how much they should donate. We recommend $3 - $5 per person, but if money is tight, no need to donate anything!

The Friday Food Affair is a great place to meet new people, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a night of not having to cook. We hope you will stop by and relax into a fun dinner.

You can use the Friday Food Affair as an opportunity to "throw a party" (for your friends and the greater community) without having to deal with setup, cleanup or cost. We handle all of the details. All you need to do is cook. Visit our web site at http://fridayfoodaffair.com for more information. Check out the videos as well.
