Stowe Transparency Tour

Stowe Town Hall/Akeley Memorial Building, 67 Main Street, Stowe
The Transparency Tour presentation is a great opportunity for government employees (state and municipal), elected officials at all levels (selectboards, school boards, etc.), municipal board and commission volunteers and the public to get a rundown on the responsibilities public servants have regarding holding open meetings and providing access to public records, including a deeper understanding of Vermont Open Meeting Law (OML), the Public Records Act (PRA), and other important information pertaining to open and transparent government. They are open to the public and we strongly encourage attendance and participation from municipal government employees, public officials (state and municipal) and interested citizens.
